It’s all about the tastes and flavors of good ol’ fashion backyard cooking. With a love of grilling, smoking, and cast iron cooking, of course as soon as I got my hands on a Blackstone my taste buds started watering! I could not wait to get cooking as well as trying my hand at cooking a few things on the griddle you might not expect.
